Community Gathering - New Moon

Community Gathering is a space to come together, slow down and connect beyond the usual.

For this Full Moon edition, we’ll move through a guided Breathwork Journey using the breath to reconnect with the body, create space and experience what comes up when we breathe together.

No previous breathwork experience is needed.
